Benanti & Associates is a boutique law firm with a demonstrated expertise in the representation of lenders, lessors and other corporate and business entities in transactional, litigation, restructuring/workout and bankruptcy matters.  Many of the most preeminent regional, national and international financial institutions, as well as Fortune 500 companies, count on Benanti & Associates to understand their business and provide them with impeccable legal services in an efficient and timely manner.

The firm was formed in 1988 by Joseph P. Benanti, an attorney who has devoted most of his esteemed legal career to the representation of clients in the financial services and leasing industries.  At the present time, the firm consists of four attorneys who each have more than twenty years' experience in one or more of the following practice areas:  complex commercial financing and leasing (including aircraft financing and leasing), creditors' rights, restructurings/workouts, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, environmental law and commercial real estate.

The firm's litigation practice involves proceedings before the state, federal district and bankruptcy courts located in Connecticut and New York, as well as various other jurisdictions.  Benanti & Associates has represented clients in national and international transactions, restructurings and litigation matters ranging from $50,000 to $50,000,000 and involving various collateral types.
